Well, I said that I was not planning on posting for two weeks, but that obviously did not happen. Skimming my blogroll and occasionally commenting helps to break up long days of slogging through hundreds and hundreds of pages of incredibly uninteresting legal mumbo-jumbo. One more week.

My brain is toast. I was getting nothing accomplished this evening so I stopped trying and went to the gym. If anyone has any insights on how Prime Minister Chirac could have sought a judicial remedy to President Mitterrand’s refusal to sign ordonnances into law during their period of cohabitation in the late eighties then feel free to opine. Yeah, I know it’s not really related. See the first sentence of this paragraph.

When I sat down and starting typing two minutes ago, my intent was to expand upon the “COIN skills” issue in the previous thread/comments, but I guess not. I appreciate comments/questions left thus far. Please keep them coming, in this thread or the previous one. After I massage the cramp out of my brain, maybe I will give it another go.
